豆漿可以用嗎?Can it be used for soymilk?

豆漿絕對可以、以前大家都以為豆漿會壞掉是因為遇到生水或是攪拌;其實是因為豆漿整桶的中心溫度降溫太慢,而導致中心食品去影響週遭食品而壞掉;如果豆漿能急速冷卻、則豆漿的香濃味會提高而保存期限會延長,晨光機械以溫度控制每一批豆漿,所以品質都一樣。
Absolutely, we used to think that soymilk is easily spoiled because it is mixed with tap water or it is stirred. Actually, it is easily spoiled because the center of the pail is difficult to cool down and it affects the whole pail. Soymilk will be more fragrant and will be able to keep for a longer period if its heat can be reduced instantly. Sunshine machines control the temperature for every lot of soymilk, delivering constant quality.
