All the conduction tubes in contact with the food have been polished by EP. The stainless steel surface has been refined for easy cleaning and anti-residue. If there is oil residue, it can be washed by using hot water. As the products are made with open-style cleaning, there is no dead corner. Our products are specially made to compile with the rules of HACCP on instant cooling food and according to the current fresh food factory testing, food and beverages processed through our machines have a far lower bacteria count than the standard 90%, representing the highest standard in the industry.
